PACT Staff Meeting in Naples: Shaping the Future of Youth Mental Health
On March 27-28, the PACT project team gathered in Naples for our first in-person staff meeting!
Funded by the European Union, PACT – Psychological First Aid and Creative Techniques is designed to equip youth workers, young people, and organizations with essential skills in mental health support.
Why is Psychological First Aid important?
Young people today face increasing stress, crises, and trauma. In such moments, providing the right kind of support is crucial. Psychological First Aid (PFA) helps stabilize emotions, build resilience, and create safe spaces for healing.
What did we discuss in Napoli?
Together with our international partners from Greece, Italy, Spain, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, and Armenia, we worked on:
🔹 A comprehensive guide on Psychological First Aid for youth workers.
🔹 Creative tools and techniques to support young people through artistic and interactive methods.
🔹 Best practices and new approaches that can be integrated into youth work.
What’s next?
We are developing unique resources to help youth workers and organizations provide effective crisis support. Stay tuned for updates and be the first to access our materials!
The PACT project is implemented by The Academy of Fine Arts of Naples (Italy) , Young Agents of Change (Ukraine) , Action Synergy (Greece) , AY Institute (Lithuania) , Universidad de Sevilla (Spain), Georgian Youth Development Association – GYDA (Georgia), MilleniuM Training and Development Institute (Moldova), and Youth Development Center of Armenia (Armenia)  and is financed by the European Union.
